The home loan financing market in India is an estimated 2 trillion INR market, saturated with options, and dominated by traditional banks. In this market with tiny margins and fierce competition, Bajaj Finserv, the second largest Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) in india, wanted to differentiate their home loan services.

What was asked

To build a web portal that enable prospective home buyers to simultaneously search for & evaluate financial implication of getting a new home, thus reducing the latency in their decision making process.

What we found

A personalised search along with quick financing options could sit at the core of the whole experience. Delivering an end to end seamless solution within one platform would set the brand apart from it’s competitors in the market.

What we delivered

A digital experience enabled by a system of modular cards that made every user’s visit a very personalised one. As the system is heavily data driven users are able get a set of highly customised cards and nudges, wherever required.

A card-based interaction model allows users to access information in a more convenient, comprehensive and personalised fashion. Especially, in a real-estate site where information is quite overwhelming but crucial at the same time, it just fit the bill perfectly.
